Personal Training
We take our clients ‘back to basics’, focusing on eating nutritionally to fuel the body and moving to encourage physical health.
Group Sessions
Our group sessions are 1-hour long, weights-based, strength training sessions designed to burn calories and aid individual body shaping goals.
Challenges
We offer yearly challenges including 6-week ‘shreds’ and 8-week ‘transformations’.
Our meal plans are customised to suit unique nutrition needs, personal goals and timeframes.
Karl created a meal plan for me nearly 3 years ago after I went to him with a goal of losing weight. I had never been to a gym before but after 6 months I started KW strength classes after seeing how supportive the KW community is.
