While our group workout sessions are perfect for this, the motivational vibe is intensified during fitness challenges, which we run 3-4 times a year. These are generally 6-8 weeks long. The challenges are a chance to intensify your focus for a short burst of time alongside around 100 other people, all aiming for their own goals. The events are a huge part of KW’s success and have allowed us to build a strong community of like-minded, supportive people.
You’ll find Karl working full time in the gym, running back-to-back personal training sessions and multiple group sessions. Karl also consults with new clients looking for food plans or workout strategies to achieve the results they are after.
Sam oversees the organising, admin and nutrition side of the business. She works with individual clients to create food plans customised to suit their goals.
You’ll find Nic behind the scenes of the business’s social media and other business support areas, as well as helping out in the gym.
