Of course! Our food plans, gym programmes and challenges can be designed to work around your current club or gym membership.
We don’t have memberships or contracts. Our group sessions are book-as-you-go via our online booking system and our PT sessions are via appointment. Anyone can join in on our challenges or enjoy the benefits of our food plans. No membership required!
Our plans have a focus on yummy, regular food – so you’ll never feel too ‘restricted’. We use a base plan (changed up several times a year), adjusted to suit individual client needs.
