You can’t go past Karl’s expertise and knowledge around nutrition and creating workout plans that suit your body type and your goals. The personal training sessions are invaluable as you learn so much about how to push your body both mentally and physically. I felt so supported through my 20kg weight loss journey this year.

I feel like I asked the same question about 100 different ways to try and process how to achieve my goals and Karl was so patient and kept ensuring me to stick to the plan. I trusted the process and man I got the results. The best part about the plan is the food - it’s real food that is so yummy calculated to your goals.

This is not a fad, it’s a lifestyle, and Karl and his team make it an easy transition. Their 8 week challenges aren’t just a challenge to them, they support you after the challenge so that you can make real lifestyle changes. I can’t thank the KW team enough."

Lucy has been a long-time member of KW Fitness, completing various fitness challenges and smashing her personal goals. She has lost 20kg and is now working on her strength training.


"Karl created a meal plan for me nearly 3 years ago after I went to him with a goal of losing weight. I had never been to a gym before but after 6 months I started KW strength classes after seeing how supportive the KW community is. I’ve done a couple of challenges and seen the results. I’ve met some awesome people who support each other and have a laugh (and the occasional drink!).

"I joined KW Fitness to change things up. And boy, did it ever! Right from Day one, the welcome extended by Karl, Sam, (the kids) and Nic was unparalleled. That first challenge gave me the rev up I needed after a few years away from gyming. The PT sessions are demonic yet phenomenal, I’ve never pushed weight as heavy as I have under KW’s tutelage.
